I realize that the Battlerager cabal has been getting lot of attention recently, especially in the post below that argues whether REAL battleragers need to practice and what not. Well, ever being the voice of reason and peace on a forum of rudeness and dissonance, allow me to clarify what ragers are really put on Thera for: The main job is to be the butt of jokes on the Master's cabal channel...ie Damnit, the last village we raided and looted and burned and killed everyone had some kid who got spared again...now he hates magic. Have to work on perfecting our "villagekill" spell. Secondly, they seem to be there to offer some place for our non-English speaking players to go. Learn the phrase "Magic bad, me smash.", and you are pretty much set. Thirdly, it is good manners. Really, the battle cabal is the epitome of Martha Stuart's every dream. Each morning, tea and muffins are passed out at the foot of the Destructor, as the older members instruct the new ones about which fork to use. Weapon ettiquete follows, with emphasis on where to wipe the icky blood that might get on your pristine blade and which fingers to extend while driving knives into backs of quiet, studious fellows in town.
