Well, although it is against the rules to give shrine information, I would imagine it must also be against the rules to give false shrine information.. so.. I'm just going to say that the last guy led you astray.

I've not seen anyone with his tattoo in a LONG time, but if the shrine is still there (and it is) then the imm must be about somewhere.
