I guess I'm tired of the fact that Empire's domination over the realm has an exception, and this isn't the first time. If this were something new I certainly wouldn't care. When I see all of the items save the book and orb in the imperial altar, it bothers me. Why are the Masters always excluded? Why is their cabal allowed to rebuild when others are taking it in the pants. If you were building an Empire why would you NOT move in on a moment of weakness? The Master cabal makes friends with imperial enemies (unless they've cut ties with the scarabs), and they kill centurions to boot.

As much as people say they are going to change things, the more the changes do not seem to appear.
