Half-elf is either 24 or 25.
Elf(I don't know, though it'd make sense if the elf's was the highest of the three, since a half-elf is more charismatic than a human, it'd be logical to assume that a full elf would that much moreso.
Arial max is 19

Arials make poor bards due to shitty charisma, but there are those that prefer flying and high dex to having songs worth a damn. *shrug*
