Master Revamp.

I just thought it would be fitting if the masters had to master each of their cabal spells before being able to cast the next one.

10 Brew (Mastery gives mana transfer)
15 Mana Transfer (Mastery gives Mental knife)
15 Mental Knife (Mastery gives transform)
20 Transform (Mastery gives scourge)
30 Scourge

Or something along those lines, I’m not sure what changes have gone on in the master cabal over the last few years, so bear with me if my powers are a little off the mark.
