Trolls have a max chr of 14, which is pretty low for a max... especially considering you can't train it, and have to count on random rolls to get you what you want. Even if you get a lot of trolls who roll for chr and get the max, a 14 is still low by CF standards.

Vampires and devils seem to me as though they would be charasmatic fellows. Vampires are normally portrayed as charming, and while devils may not always be something to look at, they would be at the very least silvery tongued liars, capable of persuasion, don't you think?
