Really don't think you see the whole picture, but I would agree that Nesam's doing a good job. Best cabal leader to date? Nothing aginst Nesam, but there have been many others I'd think of first. The requirements for the ragers were put into place by Saison and I don't think many people imagined they would stick around long after Saison deleted. One misconception, albeit a small one, is that numbers=strength. In some senses yes, it gives you a stronger presence. But the lower requirements or standards to get in may lower the overall quality of the rager (read cabal) playerbase and you can end up with a whole cabal of members that don't have the best idea what and who they are. Again, nothing against Nesam. He's got the drive to lead and has skill to back it up. As for anything else, from what I hear, he's learning well. But to say he's the be all end all of cabal leaders?
