I would say Shokai when he was mortal would be a close tie with Fortcouer.

I would go for some of the older cabal leaders, Triln had the strongest cabal battle has seen in my opinion.
Aarakocrus was also good as was Crellan.

I have to pass here because I don't remember the 2 healers
from 2 years ago, but I think they did the best job.
