I'm sure it is, but that's not really any reason to go easy on them. I'm sure it was hell for Jarmel to master unholy blessing and scrolls as a Fire A-P too. Masters are still expected to be more studious than most, despite the present lack of formal requirements. If you're a Master and neglect your studies, expect a visit from Twist or I. A few Masters have already seen this since the requirements went, including (but not limited to) some of the conjurers.
I'm not trying to be excessively vague here; ideally people in Master these days should clearly understand what I'm talking about.
