> The reason Battle is doing so well is because the Empire is completely dead... One less foe for ragers... During the war, Neither Masters nor Empire took the head at all because they were so busy with each other and decided to leave them alone... big mistake. People saw 100% on the cabal page and decided to jump onto that boat. *mutter* So, now all the power player a-holes that hero'd in 3 days with minimum skills mastered that were gangbanging in Empire are now gangbanging in Battle, which makes the MUD really fun for everyone else that is actually dedicated to their characters, not dedicated to winning by killing everyone else in their pk over and over and over again in groups of 20. *breathe*
> Anyway, Battle needs to be turned into a village of bitches by the master-empire combo again and the emperor oughta not be a moron about it this time ;)

> Agreed, I loved the quest I had with my first Master that was inducted by Bhugoliara... 10 potions, 2 spells of each type of magic AND a long-assed interview ;)

> > This is really bothering me quite a bit, I have not been in cabal for three years except for a very recent very brief stint with empire. And it seemed to me that previsouly people hung onto their cabal chars through thick and thin and didnt delete when they finally got killed, and didnt delete when things were not going there way. All this constant deleting is total bullshit and has got to stop. CF has in the past couple years or so turned into an elitist mud, where people feel the need to be perfect in order to have fun. And by having all these caballed people delete causes a high cabal member turnover rate which sucks for masters and their long tradition of long inductions. I dunno just a little observation....And if you notice the ADD kicking in during this note, just ignore it. Feedback would be cool

> I agree to a point... People don't seem to understand what the real fun of the MUD is... Roleplaying adds more drama to the situations... It adds more of an interesting twist to everything... The fights you get into would be much more exciting if you've actually heard of the character (or seen it) before and found it scary or intimidating in some way... It's not about meeting the bare minimum requirements, milking an overused RP story, talking ooc from time to time over the cabal channel and gangbanging everything that moves... I just can't imagine how spamming bash or trip over and over with three other people on a single person could give you any sense of pride or satisfaction... Equipment is nice to get, sure, but as soon as your gangbang buddies leave, you're going to get ganged by a bunch of other a-holes like yourself... It's a vicious cycle... I'm tired, probably gonna read this over in the morning and slap myself, but anyway... What a rant that was.
