A good place for exp at the 11th rank, regardless of alignment is the forest of nowhere in the past. If you are a goodietwoshoes you can clean out the bars in Tar Valon. If you are evil you can kill orphans in Balator and dwarves in Akan. A really good place for evils to rank BEFORE 11 is the well dressed travellers on the way to udgaard, good exp and a lot of gold to help you start your fortune. Also if you are evil, battlement guards are good, and you can practice disarm. And then once you hit 15 you can do storm giants or undead trollocs. :P As for weapons, I always use the practice ones from Balator untill I become decently skilled in it (90%) or better. Yeah you dont hit as hard, but it sure does help you out in the later ranks when you have all your shit mastered. As for the direction from mkt sq.... Go to Balator, it is north of New Thalos, and look for a closet in the warrior school. However if you are mage, you might wanna ask some Dawnie to get it for you.
