Dawn isn't about cabal wars, it's about promotion of the light through efforts not relating to the destruction of evil or of any cabal. Therefore, since Dawn is not meant to engage in cabal politics they do not have an item. However, they can aid any cabal as they see fit. You may often see a dawnite helping raid the empire and so forth, but it's as a lightwalker rather than as a dawnite. Same as troupe. Have a nice day.
