Cabals aren't and shouldn't be reward for good rp. That's what tattoos, empowerment, liching and quest abilities are for. Cabals are there to influence good rp, hardly anyone would make a warrior vowing never to use magic if they weren't assured of getting something out of it.
Maybe 1 or 2 "Knights" would get a cool ability, but hardly anyone would do stuff like that.
