Knights were honorable. But they were definately about good. Yes, honor was emphasized more, but that's because goodness didn't have to be. People stayed in knights after gangbanging. You couldn't stay in after killing drizzt for his sword.
Knights main point was to defeat evil and help people. Honor was their main virtue.
