I've noticed several posts (read: gripes) about the new rager powers and wondered on the possibility of giving the newer powers in steps.

a. a la invokers, they have to adequately learn, or become accustomed with, a particular power before they are granted the next.

b. a la carte: As reward for roleplay or as a quest reward, they are granted one or more of the powers.

c. No change, but invokers named Diarmuid just learn how to fight them a bit more. *wink*
