You absolutely SHOULD confront her about it in the game. Think about how your character would react to it, then confront her in such a matter that is fitting for your character. Maybe you're an elf and don't want to scream at and berate her, that's fine. You can do it more tactfully, but for Christ's sake, do it in the game. That's what roleplay is all about.
