I've played numerous Sylvan, all of which have been told they sucked, so my opinion could very well be invalid and nowheres near what the masses think. I'm going to toss up some questions and let people tee off on them. Let's see if we can stir up a nice debate rather than a flamewar...m'kay?

Question #1: Is the Sylvan of today the Sylvan that the creators had in mind when they established it as a cabal? If not, what has it evolved into? Is this good or bad?

Question #2: Should Sylvan be concerned with "taking the fight to them" or should they simply be quite pleased that "the fight has left the forests alone?" Should Sylvan willingly engage in wars as the aggressor, or should they be willing to protect the forests at all times and let their enemies kill each other off?

Question #3: Was the Sylvan cabal set up to fail by the powers that were chosen for them? Should Sylvan powers be more closely geared towards protection of the forests or are they ideal the way they are?
