Berserkers are ragers meant to just fight with amazing fury.
Defenders are ragers meant to fight and protect.
Scouts are meant for getting info.

Basically berserkers are offesnive (well, they're all offensive, but berserkers the most), defenders defensive, and scouts are knowledgable.
