However, I agree that a character -- on his own -- should be able to become good. I think the inherrent "punishment" of losing many of the best skills and spells and powers would be enough to stifle any real abuse of this. I don't think we will see a huge rush all of a sudden of good aligned fire giant shamen. Their new god --- the old one was forsaken by the align switch -- is not likely to give power too easily, given the fickle nature of the mortal.
