Perhaps dawnies could be given a power like the bloodoath but that instead of a permanant change, maybe it would just create a mark on the evil or neutral good wanna be's file in some way, and you should be able to tell, from an imm's point of view, if multiple uses of this power had been used on a person. and of course you would have to make it so one character could only cast it on a certain person once.
