I took about 20-30 flying potions, and gathered about 15 birds together and never practiced enhanced damage yet. And I would wield a polearm, perfecting it. Good way to learn parry and dodge.

Good way to learn ironfists is to kill cityguards. Gather about 15 of them together each time, it lasts about 20 minutes. But still, the learning is great..
