Hmmmm..... Join Entropy, dopple an arbiter, and go around killing cityguards? Dopple an arbiter leader, wait around till he's logged off, then command every arbiter in Thera to guard New Thalos while having buddies of yours attack all the guildguards in Tar Valon.
