If you play smart, you either don't have to fight a rager at all, or you can kill them. Being on both sides of the fence right now, I see how it can be done. It's not that hard to do. This argument has been going on and on for a while now, with the same arguments on both side, so I decided to start an invoker as well. I've only got 60 hours on him right now, but so far, I haven't had too much trouble avoiding ragers when I want to. The few times I have ended up fighting them, they fled.
