and finding the shrine helps a lot..kind of a respect thing for the Imm, I think. I did see an empowerment where the Imm didn't show up until the char had done a lot of cool emotes and tossed a few lavish prays. Maybe it depends on the Imm for the dancing thing.
also know the religion you want to follow...and when you do get that interview, don't just follow their religion, have reasons for following their religion and a role to back it up. It's like you have to prove to them that you are unique and qualified enough to gain their blessing...after all you represent them in a way, if they empower you, so why would they empower a moron?
