First and all ... I can't log on to Thera .. well .. i can .. but there appears no skull or text or whatever

Secondly some bard questions ... I have been playing a bard for some time but the meaning of certain songs slips me.
What is this greensleeves ... it should deafen someone (i believe) but it never works no matter how hard i practice or sing it .. the same goes for Dome of illusion, it should 'blind' someone ... but i prac'ed it to 90% and well .. it never works ... should i sing it for other players or what ? ANd then this tears song ... what happens when someone is crying ...
