What about letting knights ride on some holy steed, giving the Knight special abilities when mounted. Like Joust (4 round lag with heavy damage, and lags opponent?, immunity to bash/trip/throw)

I think that would be pretty nice. Elves would get Elven steeds that have autosneak just as they do.

Just a not well thought out idea.
