CF is constantly evolving, and always improving. "Restructuring" is a business term that means "hiding all the flaws in a corporation by causing mass confusion", and does not apply, since CF is living up to its designed purpose or providing free entertainment.

:roleplaying and honor and begins to grow ever closer to pure gangbang/whine.

Who cares about honor? Not everybody is playing a paladin.

: Lets see here...everyone is tired of whining correct? So how do we get rid of whining...

People whine because they have an audience on the forums to vent their rage. When the forums aren't around, there's no problem with whining.

: Considering 95% of the whining that goes on is about people gangbanging other people and not roleplaying, we need to find some way to discourage gangbanging.

Again, why do you want to discourage what is simply a fact of life? The strong survive, animals form packs to ensure strength, and weak fools who travel alone and unprepared deserved to become food.

:Also, CF seemed to be quite a bit more fun back when Battle was honorable, Knights were honorable, and even though shadow wasn't exactly honorable..they still did a lot of their hunting on their own.

Ah, everything seems better back in the good old days. Well, I was there, and it wasn't. Isolated acts of honor do not a cabal make.

: Oh yeah, IMM's might keep a look out for people who are honorable and give them stuff such as quest skills, etc (or perhaps they already do and I am just not aware of it).

People who roleplay their part generally get attention at some point in their life. Even people who play ruthless, backstabbing hitler-wanna-be's are rewarded if they have a well defined role and stick with it.

There's three alignments on the mud for a reason. Obviously, if you are LG, you shouldn't be killing people in large groups without justification. Everybody else can do what they need to to survive, thrive, and humiliate their enemies.
Let the chaos continue.
