Why even ask a question like that? You have to know just be reading
some of this forum that cf is trying to create a roleplaying
atmosphere. Mindless pkers are just a hinderance to the rest of us.
They serve no purpose in the game as far as I'm concerned. I really
don't care if there are serial killers in the real world, they don't
have to exist in cf.

How bout this as an idea. If someone's found to be killing mindlessly
the rest of us form up a group and kick the living tar out of them until
they delete. The arbiters can constantly hunt him over and over again
since he's obviously going to kill again, being a mindless killing machine.
Hmm take it one step further and remove the pk range restrictions for that
person so anyone can help take him out. The reasoning? I can't name a single
society who tolerates serial killer types. There's usually a all out no holds
barred manhunt until he's caught and executed or imprisoned indefinitely.

Gods I hate mindless pkers.
