CF is a role playing game based on interaction, i.e. if your player is not enjoyable to interact with there is no point in acknowledging your existence in the game. Some people look for more in a MUD than bragging rights, perhaps thats why noone comes after your characters... they're just not any fun. You can usually find large amounts of a certain race on at once. Have a character who has a certain hatred for said race, etc. Just have some creativity that is all someone asks.
