I just thought I'd point out that the level of a character's PKing ability is completely independent of how good his roleplaying level is. Oftentimes the two coincide, but in many cases they do not.
Many people on this forum have made assumptions which are incorrect (i.e. inquiring what level a person's brain blows up means mindless PKing).

At least the issue of the PK list is now being discussed.
