I know some of the player base has, actually played an arbiter before, and some complaints are valid. Yes, there are some cases in which crimes DO happen, yet there is no flag placed. Sometimes it happends. Sometimes there isn't enough proof. Play an arbiter sometime, some of you little shits might learn that there are a few more rules to follow while being an arbiter and investigate cases. A lot of investigating relies on individual efforts. Some are better than others. Some are morons, in which we try to weed out. If you dont like the way things are done, use all of that whining energy to make a change, isntead of patronizing the cheese shop.
