How about allowing a character to train his carrying ability. Training this allows a character to carry an extra 10-20 lbs. The character learns how to balance his load, maybe more ideal ways to store belongings on his body and so forth.

Basically I'm tired of playing the "weaker" races and not being able to "get all corpse" with any success :)
