We can't dare? Point of fact, we do so dare. Regularly. Should is up for debate (not that I can imagine why you'd care strongly enough TO debate it). Can is not.

Difficult how? Is it somehow harder for Twist to tell someone 'Sorry, that name doesn't pass our muster.' and deny them access because Twist is in the dictionary? No, not really. Do you mean it's difficult because people can try to argue it? Well, I have news for you. Give me 20 people with unacceptable names, and no more than one will go without a fight, given a chance. Everyone tries to argue why they think their name is okay. The most common defense is to look at the who list and start pointing out names they think are worse. So they maybe have one more name to try to defend theirs with. . .but that defense is never successful, anyway.

So in short, I can accept that you might be happier if the names would change, but it doesn't make things any harder on us to have them that way.
