It arose too many problems besides coding. Balance for example.
Would you like fighting with warrior who has defence and weapons 150% of yours ?
Just because of race differnce ? Guess who would lickily win ?
Or from other hand would you like to play fire shaman in that system ?

Often your survival depends on your skills in CF.
So lets leave it as is.
