In no particular order:
Storm: Axe/Mace/Polearm (Note: Polearms that a good can wear aren't very plentiful.)
Fire: Same as above (Mmmmm, Udgaardian Man-at-arms halberds...Mmmmm)
Felar: Staff/Spear/Hand to hand
Human: Sword/just about anything else
Dwarf: Polearm/Axe/mace
Duergar: Dagger/polearm. (Probably would make a better theif)
Arial: Sword/Spear

As for the rest.... I don't really bother to play the other races as warriors. High intelligence is useful, but I'll take high strength/con for a warrior any day.
