I created Arkand becaue I was personally disgusted
how the Sylvans were city sitters. Arkand was nothing of
that sort, ever.

In any event, that quality alone does little to make a good
Sylvan leader. All in all, I am rather sure that while Arkand
perhaps motivated more people to become Sylvan,
he did not qualify as a truly good leader.
