Any decent eq is what easy to get most probably have been gathered.
Once after reboot I located hammer pendant on mob.
I rushed there just to find out what some gating healer got it already
and meet 4 people running there for same reason.

More "tough to get items" sometimes on mobs.
Vainglory is all the time carried by Auda but try to get it if you 30th rank.
Or I saw shining mithril breastplate on Ludan. It is probably still there. Go on.

If you need some eq and you know who has it (player) you could always try to trade with him/her.
It does not harm you to try anyway.
