In all honesty, if you are dedicated enough to a role, and understand all of the angles...I can think of very (almost none, really) few roles that aren't possible. The problem with a Maran healer is that you live by a sort of dualistic phallicy...if you can rectify that in your rp, and be conherent (I can think of/have seen a few ways to do it) it shouldn't pose much of a problem.
