Good thing to bring up. In a battle like 10 medium guardians are all able to attack in same round. Maybe a limit to how many can attack?
Better yet a skill for warriors something like Defend where one gets one's back to a wall or in a corner where only one or two can attack at the same time. Be useless in the open but would come in handy in woods and towns and such
