Well the thing about the power is simple. Dawn was never given a cabal item. The sole reason for this is to keep them out of cabal wars, which would take time away from the mission objective of dawn, prevent the harm of the light. Now, since they have no cabal item, giving them kick ass powers would be unfair, so we got a bunch of almost useful powers. As far as agression goes, if there is nobody asking you for help, you can basicly do what you want within reason. Just thought that might help, damn I miss the good old dawnie days. *sniff*
