Hell's structure is 7 circles one below another.
Mobs get tougher as you go down (what did you expect?).
Each entrance to next circle is very special. You could not just go down.
And there is no way back on previous circle. Could you recall from there ? Do not
know. Probably not. I have suspicion 'sanctify room' would not work too. Orb of travel
would though.

I have not heard about any groups who went there recently.

PS After post on Glimo forum long ago Imms moved entrance to Hell to another place.
So not much I dare to expose here.
