Your ways are correct but your thoughts are wrong on your ways.
You must not attempt to become a baron because its what you want to do but become a baron because it is just what happens.If you seek it,it will not come..If you let it just happen..It will just happen..Take me for example my course of interview was this alone.

Trust me its not piece of Cake to get into the Barons..I played Moore. for ever before he died...and started a new Char. to get in and still havn't gotten in..LOL..So don't lose faith just keep doing what your doing and make becoming a baron just a thing to go along with your life..Not something that is your life..
