These are basic things a rager must go through.

Now, why other cabals could allow them together: (just examples, I'm sure there are people with different goals)
Good arbies may want peace, as "Some Master" mentioned, bad arbies want power and kills while hidding in the mantle of law.
Good masters may want to develop themselves or just a love for magic, bad masters may want power through knowledge and, yes, transform.
Entropy is chaos, and the cabal that most takes in account alignment/ethos to induct. Furthermore they can fight each other if their rp allows it.
