There is no reason at all that your character shouldn't be looking for an imm to follow who fits his outlook on life. If you're lawful good and follow the sphere of order.. you might want to look into the arbiter immortals. Help wizlist will help you pick out the imm's who empower under order, then help 'imm name' to find out more about each of these imms. When you find one that sounds like someone your character would attach himself to, go for it. If you can't find anyone who sounds particularly like your cup of tea, pray to nobody in particular, just talk about yourself, your desire to promote order, and do it all from someplace impressive (Guard HQ in SM.. or something of the sort) Any character concept can get empowered if you play them well (Of course, getting an atheist empowered might be a trick).
