From what I heard on irc.. don't remember the immortal's name that told me about it, but I think it was Andaren... Also, maybe I am wrong as this conversation was damn long time ago when I played Nalenevar.
Your kill counter is increased if you or your charmies kill someone in your pk range. So, if you're an arbiter and your guards kill someone not in your range, it's not counted, if you or your guards kill a criminal that is in your pk, it is counted.
And sheesh, don't be concerned with your pk record.
