I myself have seen MANY ragers and rager heroes wearing "glowing" and "humming" equipment. I think the reason they're allowed to do this is beacause the Immortals don't want to go through and change every flag that says magic to or humming or glowing or such. I think about anything goes as long as it's not very obviously magical in nature. Use your best judgement and if they say something on you is magical...well RP it.
