I know you don't encourage such behavior, but you guys certainly don't
deter people from doing it. Is this against the rules? Is it cheating?

We have a prime example of Palan, Tamuera and Yagar. Are these the smuggers
of CFs annoying past? A lot of people seem to think so. Why is their behavior
tolerated? Did they happen to meet up with each other by chance and hero in under
50 hours, and their roleplay comprises killing everything they can get their
hands on except the Masters?

Is it just the players that see these guys log in and out together?
