How can I disable "TICK in 5 seconds" alert?:

Hello recently I have been seeing this message every tick when playing on the mud.
I can only assume I accidently triggered it within the mud itself or zmud. This is realy more information than I need to know. I am using the latest version of zmud can anyone tell me how to disable it?
