After a little while on cf, when you get the ol adrenaline pumping, you too will become an addict.
-The first step to relieveing this problem is to admit you have a problem.
-The second step to relieveing this problem is to do something about it. Ive found erasing your hard drive can do some positive reinforcement to getting outside.
-Third Step: The most important thing to remember is to know there are other addicts that can help you. We are here to help you. But you must take a stand and say "I am an addict."
