surrounds himself with a time wrinkle. He attacks a person
and the time wrinkle absorbs all the damage he receives
during the fight. 24 ticks later the damage escapes the
wrinkle and harms the time weaver.)

Basically it's a single spell that may either slow or haste
the time weaver or his/her victim. It's a dangerous spell
to use as you have a 50/50 shot at hasting your enemy.
